This session allows me to assess your hair goals, lifestyle, and long-term maintenance needs so I can recommend the most appropriate private service for you. During our time together, we’ll clarify your desired outcome, discuss realistic upkeep, and review the investment required for premium results. From there, I’ll outline next steps if we’re aligned to move forward. Installations, custom wigs, and extension services are available by recommendation only and are released following this session. This appointment is reserved and prepaid to ensure focused attention and preparation.

Designed for out-of-town clients, this virtual consultation allows us to connect via video to assess your hair goals, texture, and desired outcome prior to travel. During our session, I’ll provide a personalized service recommendation, extension type and length guidance, and outline the investment required for your desired result. This consultation ensures clarity and preparation before booking in-studio services. Installations and custom work are available by recommendation following this session. To prepare, please submit 3–5 clear photos of your natural hair.

Signature Mircolink Install

$100.00 deposit required for new clients

This service utilizes a microlink foundation method, where hair is secured using small, discreet beads rather than braids or adhesive. The result is a lightweight, flexible install that prioritizes scalp comfort, hair health, and natural movement. Your appointment includes a customized microlink foundation, secure weft placement, and styling to ensure balance, blend, and wearability. This method allows for versatility in styling while maintaining a clean, natural finish. Microlink installs are ideal for clients seeking fullness and length with a removable, adjustable foundation. Hair is not included unless otherwise specified and must be approved prior to your appointment.

Microlink Maintenance (4 to 6 week)

The cost of this service is in addition to any other services scheduled. Move-Ups are only performed on extensions installed by Robert Alexander

K-Tip Removal

After enjoying your luxury extensions, have them professionally removed. Please schedule desired services in addition to your removal.

Custom Wig Creation + Install

This service is a private commission for a fully custom wig, designed and constructed in advance of your appointment. Each unit is created using premium hair and a lace closure, then tailored to your desired length, density, and overall aesthetic prior to your install date. Your in-studio appointment is reserved for fitting, refinement, and styling. The service includes a braided foundation, professional glueless installation, and detailed styling to ensure balance, comfort, and a natural, polished finish. All wigs are designed with longevity, versatility, and realistic wear in mind. Additional density, length, or advanced customization may be recommended based on your desired result and will be discussed during consultation. This service should only be scheduled after you have been notified that your custom wig is complete.

Haircut

A complete reshaping of your hair. Includes the options of layers, bobs, bangs, etc. Haircuts should be paired with other styling services. This is an Add-On service

Root Retouch

This service is to touch up roots for gray coverage or maintaining previously colored hair and price increases based on length of grow-out.

Keratin Smoothing Treatment

This service grants the client smoother, more manageable hair for up to 12 weeks and promotes length retention and overall hair health.

Designed for clients seeking a lightweight, flexible install with natural movement and everyday versatility. This braidless hybrid method combines a microlink foundation through the back of the head with discreet K-Tip placement around the hairline, creating a seamless and comfortable finish. The result is refined fullness with ease of wear and long-term flexibility. Best for: clients wanting subtle length and density with maximum comfort and natural flow.

K-Tip Maintenance

This appointment is designed to refresh and maintain your existing K-Tip extensions for longevity, comfort, and a polished finish. Your visit includes a full cleanse and scalp care, conditioning as needed, gentle detangling, and a blowout/style to reset the hair and keep the bonds performing beautifully. During your service, I will also assess the integrity of your bonds. Any bonds that have slipped, shed, or need reinforcement may be replaced as part of maintenance when appropriate. Minor bond replacements are included; additional replacements or more extensive corrections may require added time and an additional charge (quoted before proceeding). K-Tips must have been installed by Robert Alexander. Please arrive with hair fully detangled and free of heavy oils.
